Application process

We are hiring for 2 interns, but we recognize that different people have different superpowers, so we've outlined 3 distinct role profiles that our future interns might fit into. You don't need to fit all three, apply for the one that genuinely excites you, and you can state in your application if you feel you’d fit into other roles, too.

1. Read the requirements and expectations carefully under each toggle menu above. We are taking note about how carefully you read the instructions.
2. Complete the “skills assessment” task. It should take maximum 1 hour (if not less).
   1. We're not looking for perfection or extensive detail. What we're actually looking for is your thought process, creativity, and how you approach problems. We want to see what makes you different from other applicants, not a polished, over-produced submission. Interesting ideas matter more than production value.
3. Submit your application through the link at the bottom of this page.
4. If you’ve gotten through to the interviews, we will hold the interviews at the end of October to early November. A final decision will be reached in early November. </aside>

Compensation

We've been in operation for 9 months, so we're focusing on keeping the lights on. However, we will not offer unpaid internships. Each internship will receive 1500€/month for 3 months.
